Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging.

Final sale, clearance, custom, or personalized items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
